Here's a sneak peek at the book I am writing with a colleague, Ed Risling....about relationships!!

What we do know is that people get together with lots of passion, desire and energy for each other.  What we also know is that people will start to react negatively to each other’s histories.  This is undeniably true. 

This book is an invitation to become more conscious of how you function in a relationship.  We are not going to tell you how to have a relationship, but rather we want to share ideas, thoughts and reflections about relationships.  We certainly encourage the development of consciousness in relationships and recognize that you will make your own decisions in evaluating the merit of these thoughts. 

We also want this book to be fun, playful and amusing.  We believe that when you bring self-confrontation, intention, mindfulness, curiosity, playfulness, humor and integrity into relationships, you have a wicked cocktail for a very cool relationship.
