Fall 2016 -- The Welcoming of a New Season

As I write this entry, August 16, 2016, I am feeling committed to keeping a mindset of lingering summer days that include bike rides, reading, sharing a meal with friends and family on outdoor patios, watching sunsets, long walks, and even swatting mosquitoes.

I am, however, feeling Fall's presence upon us and I always think of September as the beginning of a new calendar year.  Everyone's back in school and back to routine and schedules that are absent during the summer months.

Having experienced some relaxation and rejuvenation, myself and my colleagues, Jennifer and Scott are looking forward to this new calendar year. Appointments book up quickly, so we encourage anyone who is interested in pursuing therapy to make your appointments soon.  Taking the time for yourself, or as a couple or as a family to begin therapy is one of the healthiest ways you can start to understand and heal from internal struggles and from complex couple and family dynamics.

We are committed to providing effective, compassionate, non-judgmental and skilful therapy to all of our clients.

Enjoy the balance of lingering summer days!
