I will be facilitating a one-day workshop on using various approaches to manage stress and anxiety. What I am noticing in my work is that people’s stress levels and levels of anxiety seem to be at an all-time high. There is an undeniable need to identify both external and internal stressors in order to understand and make change to our lives. Together, as a group, we will explore the following:

The cost of this workshop is $100 for the day. Bring your own lunch also. I have changed the venue of the workshop, which allows for more participants. There is also a fridge and a microwave to use if needed. Wear comfy clothes.
