  • Of all the possible constructions and potential deviations, in a universe filled with billions of galaxies, stars, and worlds, we have arrived at this moment, now ---Now---

I am curious about this life. I am curious as to what it means to be human. How do we take care of the people we love? How do we take care of our own anger, hurt, and discontentment? How can we sit still right in the middle of boredom, loss, or anger?

I work with individuals to understand the relationship between the body and mind, noticing how both influence the other. Throughout our lives we have developed many patterns of thinking and behaving. Some of these habits may be helpful and healthy, however most of us suffer from ruminating negative thought patterns that cause us to act in ways we later regret.

I work alongside clients to empower change of old habits and ways of thinking. Through meditation and breathing exercises I describe how one can become less reactive in their mind and body. The work we do together is to provide relief and support to the internal and external struggles of everyday life, and to strategize manageable, attainable plans of how to cope with these struggles.
